Meet your coach: Jesse Mundt
I know exactly what it feels like to look in the mirror and not recognize the person looking back.
My journey didn’t start in a gym; it started in the United States Army, where I served as a Combat Medic. In the military, fitness was a requirement of the job. But when I transitioned back to civilian life and moved into a demanding office environment, the structure vanished. The long hours and the sedentary nature of a desk job took their toll. Before I knew it, I had reached a point of clinical obesity.
I was stuck in the same cycle many of you are in right now: balancing a professional career while watching my health slip away.
The Turning Point
I realized that if I wanted to change my life, I had to stop looking for shortcuts. I committed to the process, and in nine months, I went from being obese to crossing the finish line of my first half marathon. That transformation wasn't fueled by luck or "hacks." It was built on grit, discipline, and the willingness to do the hard work when I didn't feel like doing it. That experience is why I founded Outlaw Corporate Fitness. I understand the unique challenges of the corporate world, and I know how to navigate them because I’ve lived them.
I’m not here to sell you a dream; I’m here to build a foundation. Real fitness—the kind that lasts—requires a level of consistency that most people aren't willing to give. It is difficult. It will be challenging. But it is also entirely possible. Whether your goal is to reclaim your health, increase your energy for the workday, or hit a specific performance milestone, I provide the roadmap and the accountability to get you there. We will work hard, we will stay consistent, and we will get results.

Benefits of working out
Build Confidence
Building strength in the gym is one of the most effective ways to build an unshakeable sense of self-belief that carries over into your professional and personal life. When you commit to a difficult training program, you are essentially making a promise to yourself and keeping it, which is the very foundation of true confidence. Witnessing your own progression—lifting a weight that once felt impossible or hitting a milestone you previously doubted—proves that you are capable of overcoming obstacles through discipline and grit. This newfound physical competence naturally bleeds into the boardroom and your daily interactions; when you know you can handle a grueling workout, the stresses of an office job or a high-stakes meeting feel far more manageable. You aren't just changing your physique; you are reinforcing the fact that you have the power to change your reality.
Boost Your Mood
The impact of exercise on mental well-being is often more immediate and profound than the physical changes seen in the mirror. When you engage in high-intensity movement or resistance training, your brain initiates a complex chemical cascade, releasing "feel-good" neurotransmitters like endorphins, dopamine, and serotonin. These natural chemicals serve as a powerful defense against the daily stressors of a corporate environment, effectively acting as an internal reset button for your mood and anxiety levels. Beyond the immediate "runner's high," consistent physical activity helps regulate the body’s stress response system, lowering cortisol and fostering a sense of calm that persists long after you leave the gym. By prioritizing your workout, you aren't just training your muscles; you are fortifying your mind, ensuring you show up as the most focused, positive, and resilient version of yourself.
Increase Energy Levels
While it may seem counterintuitive to expend energy when you already feel drained from a long workday, physical activity is actually one of the most effective ways to combat fatigue and increase long-term vitality. Engaging in regular exercise improves your cardiovascular efficiency, allowing your heart and lungs to deliver oxygen and nutrients to your tissues more effectively. This physiological optimization means your body doesn't have to work as hard to power through daily tasks, leaving you with a significant surplus of energy. Furthermore, working out stimulates the production of mitochondria—the power plants of your cells—literally increasing your body's capacity to produce energy at a cellular level. By stepping away from the desk and moving your body, you aren't just burning calories; you are recharging your internal battery and ensuring you have the stamina to excel both in the gym and throughout your professional day.
